Gothenburg based Park Now have been around for several years and played frequently in many known places around the city. They released their debut single in April 2024 "Out Of Focus" and followed up in May with the EP "Looking In Looking Up" which consists of four songs.

The production was recorded in Majorna, Gothenburg by Pär Öjerot in studio Gröna Svanen. It was mixed and mastered by Hans Olsson at Svenska Grammofonstudion. The release gig was held at the fine jazz club Utopia Jazz in Gothenburg and was a well-attended and pleasant event.

Park Now's music is a mix of pop, jazz and soul with often generous space for inspiring solos. Not infrequently, Steely Dan vibes have been mentioned in connection with the band's gigs. Another guiding star that can be named is Michael Franks.
